1981 –
Hi, I’m Ann Barnes and I have enjoyed more than 30 years in the restaurant and catering industry. Corinne was my mother and she loved to cook. One could say she was born into the kitchen and so was I!
I grew up believing cooking was ‘MAGICAL’! I was amazed at how you could take peaches from a tree in the backyard and mix it with all kinds of goodness, then put it in a hand cranked machine surrounded by ice and make ice cream. It was truly ‘magical’ to make and to taste!
Throughout my career, I’ve parlayed my knowledge of cooking as taught by my mother Corinne and other matriarchs in the family into the most interestingly good, flavorful meals you could imagine. And not only have them taste good, but look good also!
I’m excited to continue my mother’s tradition of great cooking and share it with you and your esteemed guests!
